Otero Ciclos have the bike you need, even when you don't want to buy a bicycle. If you're in Madrid on holiday, if you just want to ride somedays or if you need a bike for some trip, Otero gives you a rental service unmatched:

You can choose between two types:

• MTB:

  • Suitability for a weekend, to visit Casa de Campo or to subscribe to any of our Club Otero's routes.

• Urban folding:

  • Perfect forsightseeing: you can save with you in the hotel room, carry on the Metro at any time or put in your car to visit other towns.

- The rental of equipment will be for a minimum period of one day and will be charged in minimum periods of one day

- Is meant as final delivery time 12:00AM. There is no right of withdrawal if you deliver the bike before finish rent time. If you don't deliver your bike on time will be charged an extra day.

- Bicycles have to be returned in the same condition. Any damage must be paid by the user.

- The bonds will be in anticipation of potential damage in the material rented.

- If you don't return the bicycle will be considered as THEFT, which is the offence under the Código Penal and therefore pursued by law. OTERO disclaims any liability arising out any mishap that the user has rented during the period.

The requirements to make the rent shall be as follows:

-- Providing a photocopy of identity card or equivalent document contrasted with the original.

-- Deposit bail for the rental place.

-- Collect and return the materials within hours trading company.

-- Payment and bail will be made in full and in advance at the time of booking.

-- The deposit will be € 150 per bicycle and must be delivered in cash.

-- The payment of rent can be made in cash, card or through our online store.
